The Story
When a doctor in his fifties working in a Mental Institution gets his body switched with a mysterious patient he must find a way to prove who he really is and get his body and life back. In the meantime a dark and deadly force sets slowly on the mountains threatening the lands.
The main storyline arc acts as a frame for countless little snippets from various Lovecraft short stories and novels like The Call of Cthulhu, The Outsider, The Shadow over Innsmouth and many others. Fans of Lovecraft and the genre will meet many familiar situations and characters.
The Game
Set in the 1800s, in and around a Mental Institution in high mountains, based on retro point and click games, but with a side-scroller action playstyle and semi open-world level structure the game aims to give the player a sense of exploration, freedom and fear through beautiful and haunting scenery, engaging and high stakes storyline, character progression, questing and occasional puzzle solving.
The player won’t be bound to a linear level structure but be able choose different paths to reach new locations.

The Team
We are Full Screen Studio, a small Hungarian indie game studio, so far we have released one game, Bugvasion TD which was well received by reviewers and has been released on PC and Linux on Steam in 2021, and ported to the Nintendo Switch and published by Play2Chill S.A..in 2023.
